ph677 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily interrupt service. ph677 will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
ph677 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for breach, any bonus balances and pending bonuses will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to ph677.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting ph677 support. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact ph677 customer support and allow 30 days for resolution before pursuing any other avenue. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority with jurisdiction over online gaming matters.
Nothing in this clause limits any right you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulations.
